Quarterly
Profit Sharing Program: ●10% of the quarterly profit from projects will be shared among Team Members. ●An additional 10% of the quarterly profit from projects will be shared among the Managers. ●5% of the quarterly profit from projects in each studio will be allotted to each studio's Manager to use as they see fit. Lead Generation Program: We provide Team Members with a Lead Generation Program as an incentive to introduce us to prospective clients, vendors, consultants, business owners, friends, family, and other contacts. We will pay Team Members a referral of (1%) of the A&E fee on contracts resulting directly from the lead and introduction submitted by the Team Member. New Team Member Referral Program: We offer Team Members a check for $250. for introducing us to any new Team Member that we hire, PLUS an additional $250. after they have worked for our company for 6 months.
