"Timeliness" means within (30) work-days of
authorizing a "Complete" set of Engineering Plans
including: Topographic & Boundary Surveys, Horizontal
Control, Grading, Utility, Section, and related Details
are ready for necessary Public Works review and
approvals.
In addition, Timeliness is the ability to coordinate
with Public Works' various departments including: Land
Development, Flood Control, Traffic, and Fire, as well
as the (04) Utility entities.
"Accuracy" to us includes the attention to
Dimension, Calculation, and Detail necessary for
development and construction of any project.
"Budget" by our definition, provides for
positive review, research, and analysis of your project
to ensure maximum value for the least cost.
