Gary Guy Wilson Studios
is an innovative and established architectural
firm, poised for growth. Gary Guy Wilson,
A.I.A. is the founder, and still serves as the
Principal Architect. Architect Wilson
relocated to Las Vegas in 1969 and began Gary
Guy Wilson Studios. GGWArchitects2 is a
studio within that present day company that
specifically services Public Sector clients.
It is our
philosophy that architecture combines the proper
proportions of practicality, utility, and
delight; and is a reflection of the specific
moment in the history of our culture. It
is our feeling that architecture, by nature,
becomes a union of function and economic design,
with aesthetic value, richness, and attraction,
to create meaning and identity for not only our
clients, but also for our community.
GGWArchitects2 recognizes the combined
responsibility that we as Architects have to our
neighbors, towns, and society in achieving
design that will improve the quality of our
built environment, as well as, solving
functional and economic concerns. We
believe our clients also recognize this
responsibility and will share in this
philosophy.
BENEFITS:
We provide 100% paid Health,

United Healthcare to our
Team Members. Dependents may
be added to the plan at
a minimal cost to the Team
Member.
We provide Team Members with
10 days per year of paid
time-off (PTO) to use as they
wish.
We provide Team Members with
7 1/2 paid holidays per
year.
We provide Team Members with
a week of rest and
relaxation through the first
week of July. This allows
Team Members a chance to
enjoy a break and return
full-steam. PTO can be
applied to this time.
Semi-Annual December Break
We provide Team Members with
a week of rest and
relaxation the last week of
December. This break allows
Team Members to rest and
come back recharged and
ready to come back to work.
Again, PTO can be applied to
this time.
Quarterly Profit Sharing
Program
We provide Team Members with
a Quarterly Profit Sharing
Program. This program
includes the following:

10% of the quarterly
profit from projects
will be shared among
the Team Members.

An additional 10% of
the quarterly profit
from projects will
be shared among the
managers
-
5% of the quarterly
profit from projects
in each studio will
be allotted to each
studio's manager to
use anyway they see
fit.
Lead Generation Program
We provide Team Members with
a Lead Generation Program.
This program is an incentive
for Team Members to
introduce us to prospective
clients, vendors,
consultants, business
owners, friends, family and
other contacts. We will pay
Team Members a referral of
(1%) of the A&E fee on
contracts resulting directly
from the lead and
introduction submitted by
the Team Member.
New Team Member Referral
Program
We provide Team Members with
a New Team Member Referral
Program. By simply
introducing us to
"potential" Team Members as
an innovative employer, and
obtaining their resume, we
will pay Team Members a
referral fee of ($250.00)
for each new candidate that
we add to our Team. An
additional ($250.00) will be
paid to the Team Member
after our new Team Member
has been with the firm for six months.
